Meet Our Farmers: The Huila Cooperative
7/18/2026
From Huila, with patience
At 1,800 meters, coffee ripens slowly. The Huila cooperative picks each tree three times a season, taking only the cherries that are ready.
We pay 40% above fair-trade minimums and visit every harvest. The result is a cup with deep caramel sweetness and a finish that tastes like the place it came from.
- Varietals — Caturra and Pink Bourbon.
- Process — fully washed, sun-dried on raised beds.
- In the cup — caramel, red apple, a whisper of jasmine.
